RE-AFFIRMED  

DECLARATION OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE CONFEDERATED HAPU(S')

OF

TIRITIRI-O-TE-MOANA  (Aotearoa New Zealand) 28 October 2004



We, Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa,
embrace all the
ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN BLOODLINES,

the collective SOVEREIGN WHANAU HAPU(s), of the indigenous people of
TIRITIRI-O-TE-MOANA  (Aotearoa, New Zealand),

SOVEREIGN  MAORI, subject to none, and holding no one subject;

ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGNS, in our own SOVEREIGN LANDS, of TIRITIRI-O-TE-MOANA (Aotearoa, New Zealand).


We, Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa proclaim without prejudice, and inviolate,
the Divinely Decreed Guardianship of indigenous peoples in their homelands.


Particularly and specifically, we, Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa
proclaim for all time the Divinely Decreed Guardianship conferred on the aboriginal people, Maori,
by no man, thus irrevocable by no man; and the Divine Contract inherent in the Gift,
to care for Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana (Aotearoa N.Z.),
including those who for whatever reason, in whatever era,
have chosen to leave their own Divinely Decreed indigenous homelands
where their culture, laws, religions and politics have precedence; and plant their seed in ours.
This free-will choice, by these visitors, guests only by the grace of the Maori people,
accords them no privileges that would usurp the inviolate,
Divinely Decreed Sovereign Authority of Maori, and Guardianship by Maori,
of all that constitutes Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana/Aotearoa( New Zealand); under any pretext.


We, Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa acknowledge for all time
the Sovereignty, integral with responsibility and accountability, of every individual within one’s self,
and the inherent birthright of the individual to determine her/his destiny
without prejudice, contravention, or infringement of same, by any other; or any system or process of man.


TIKANGA / IMMUTABLE DIVINE LAW, common to all, disadvantageous to none,
is the Law, the only Law, incumbent on ALL who live in Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana/Aotearoa( New Zealand).


ALL authority for governance, legislature and judiciary, in Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana/Aotearoa (New Zealand),
forever remains with the Sovereign Authority of the collective Whanau Hapu(s)’
of the indigenous people of Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana/Aotearoa( New Zealand).  

This Sovereign Authority,
itself committed to total alignment with Tikanga/Immutable Divine Law,
common to all disadvantageous to none, is the ultimate authority in, and for,
Tiritiri-O-Te-Moana/Aotearoa (New Zealand).



An exact copy of our re-affirmed, Declaration of Independence
has been sent to the Queen of England, and the United Nations for international notification purposes.



This proclamation is agreed to and declared by us, the current collective SOVEREIGN WHANAU HAPU(s),
ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN BLOODLINES; and the SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY,
Te Waka O Nga Mokopuna Ki Aotearoa on this 28th day of October 2004.
